Vinyasa Yoga

Many of our classes have elements of Vinyasa Flow within them. Its most common understanding is bringing together breath and movement with a conscious and constant flow of yoga asanas These classes are focused on mindful based movement and by using the breath to synchronise our movements in and out of poses, we become more present and centred as we move through the classes.  All our Hot Yoga Classes, Power Yoga Classes and Flow classes will contain elements of Vinyasa in them.
