Monica Rudi Kent

Monica fell in love with yoga in her early twenties and has been teaching yoga since 2006. She is passionate about health and wellbeing. Her classes emphasize mobilizing the spine and coordinating movement and breathing. She teaches Hatha Yoga, but she incorporates elements coming different traditions and the use the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, to help recondition the body and release tight fascia and muscles. Expect a relatively gentle, fluid and absorbing practice, which aims at unifying body, mind and breath.
