Mindfulness Meditation

When we take this time to consciously ‘go within’, we drop the days stresses and strains, the expectations and worldly ways, loosening our grip on doing and focus on being.We strengthen our minds and hearts.We experience a new awareness and connectedness to all life around us. This class is less a class with formal instruction and more a shared meditation group. Its suitable for complete beginners to meditation (some basic instruction will be given) and especially those who just want to take some time out and space to be still and conscious and quiet.
