Aoife sees yoga as a fitness practice in itself but also a great
complimentary partner to all other general fitness and sporting
activities. She sees the holistic nature of yoga practice as leading
to a more balanced way of life contributing positively in many ways
and promoting a new outlook.

whether it is to tone and strengthen the body, move with more
intelligence, release stress, improve mental focus or just learn how
to deeply relax it is all there and so much more.”
Apart from yoga Aoife enjoys keeping fit through pilates, walking,
cycling and the occasional trek up a mountain.
